Youth Events Planned

A series of diocesan youth events has been announced by Karen Cramer Van Winkle, diocesan youth coordinator.

Jan. 27-28: Junior High Winter Retreat at Camp Tuttle

For youth in grades 6-8.
Fee is $40.

This retreat will include an afternoon of outdoors options— skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing or snow shoeing.

March 2-4: Millennium Development Goals: What One Can Do

St. John’s, Logan
For youth in grades 9-12.
Fee is $50 per person.

The MDGs are part of a movement around the globe and within our church of people working together to eradicate extreme poverty. Learn more about the MDGs and figure out what you can do to make a difference.

May 4-6: Junior/Senior Spring Youth Event

at Youth Impact in Ogden
For youths in grades 6-12.
Fee is $50 per person.

Gather with other youth from around the diocese for a great weekend.

July 17-22: Province VIII Youth Event (PYE)

Westminster College in Salt Lake City
For youth completing grades 9-12.

A great opportunity to gather for a week with 150-200 Episcopal youth from all around the western US. PYE only happens once every three years, and this year it's in Utah.
