What's Perkin' in the Parishes

The UTO ingathering at St. Elizabeth's, Whiterocks, raised $155.26. The Rev. Sue Duffield noted that St. Elizabeth's was the recipient of a UTO grant that assisted in restoring the church. It also funded the roof, which is blue like the UTO boxes, she noted.

The Rev. Jerry Cook will be presiding at worship for two months during the summer at St. John's, Logan, while the Rev. Ruth Eller participates in sabbatical leave.

Parishioners have been informed that there are adequate funds to complete the renovation project at St. James, Midvale. The project includes expansion of the pipe organ and completion of landscaping.

St. Michael's, Brigham City, is participating in an ecumenical Vacation Bible School which is expected to involve 120 youth in July.
