Summer is on its way, and that means that summer camp at Camp Tuttle is also on the horizon.

We are so excited to share another great season with our friends in the mountains, on the rivers, and beneath the trees.

Our season begins with an exciting trip to Moab where we will be hiking in some of the most breathtaking places on earth, taking a guided overnight rafting trip down the Colorado River, and chasing waterfalls in the desert sun.

Our summer will continue with our annual in-camp sessions—see the schedule below for details.

During these weeks, we will learn about team work on our ropes course, build our skills with choice time activities (such as mountain biking, frisbee golf, gymnastics, theater, yoga, basketball, mountain biking, climbing, arts and crafts, and lacrosse) and develop friendships during evening programs.

Our last week of the summer is High School Leadership Camp, during which we will be rafting on the Weber River, biking in Park City, swimming in a lake near campus, and strengthening our leadership skills.

The theme for the 2007 season is "Peace on Earth." We will be exploring ways in which we can solve problems, communicate and live our daily lives in peace. If you haven’t registered for one of our fun-filled camps, be sure to get online at www.camptuttle.org or call the office at (801) 322-4131, ext. 364.
