As part of the centennial celebration on Sept. 30 at St. Mary's, Provo, a new hymn for the parish has been composed by the Rev. Kathleen West with music by Shinji Inagi, the parish organist.

Inagi is also a graduate student in organ at Brigham Young University.

Titled "St. Mary's Celebration," the hymn lauds the "people of St. Mary's Church (who) kept faith for a hundred years" and created a legacy "we hold like a torch aflame."

It concludes, "We will be the hands and feet of Christ: the Gospel we'll reclaim with faith and with hope and charity till Jesus comes again."
