Coffee Hour - What's Perkin' in the Parishes

In September, St. Jude's, Cedar City, began a series of after church coffee hour presentations entitled "Sharing the Journey, or, What I Did on My Summer Vacation."

Dr. Brad Halverson, who traveled to Ladakh with The Himalayan Dental Relief Project and Meaghan Burr, who traveled with the Girl Scouts to Peru, presented a talk with slides about their service journeys on Sept. 9 and Sept 23.

Members of St. John's, Logan, and St. Michael's, Brigham City, gathered in Logan for a traditional Labor Day picnic. The two congregations have renewed a tradition of joining together on the July 4 and Labor Day weekends.

St. Luke's, Park City, is planning a third mission trip to aid in Katrina recovery efforts. The trip is planned April 7-11, during spring break. Ginny Kennamer is the mission team coordinator.
