Attention: Date Change

The 2008 Day of Discovery presentation is cheduled for Saturday, June 21, at the Episcopal Church Center of Utah. It runs from 8:30-4:00.

The Day is an introduction to a 12-week program of discernment for ministry that is offered annually for all baptized Christians. It is a first-step prerequisite in the Diocese of Utah for anyone who may wish to discern for ordained ministry. Now would be an opportune time for Parish Discernment Committees to be thinking about people in their congregations who might be encouraged to attend for discernment of lay and/or ordained ministry within the Church. If you have any questions about the program, please contact Vicki Evans. -- courtesy of the Commission on Ministry of the Diocese of Utah.
