Connecting with each other, our communities and the world
September 7, 2007
Christ be with me, Christ within me,
Christ behind me, Christ before me,
Christ
beside me, Christ to win me,
Christ to comfort and restore me,
Christ beneath
me, Christ above me,
Christ in quiet, Christ in danger,
Christ in hearts of
all that love me, Christ in mouth of friend and stranger.

Anderson, President of Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS), Berkeley,
CA. Venue: Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1070 Foothill Dr., SLC. Call Zion
to register the number of persons in your congregation who will attend, at
801-582-2321.
Some reasons to attend: 1) you are tired of feeling uneasy about
the differences in style, politics, religious expression, opinion and ideas,
theologies, hopes and dreams, interests and passions that exist within your
church, or the church at large, Episcopal or Lutheran; 2) You want to understand
how diversity might serve God's mission in our churches; 3) you are challenged
by the idea that we are to be a "sent" church, not a "settled" church.
An offering will be taken for PLTS. The event, sponsored by the Utah Conference
of the Rocky Mountain Synod, is open to all Episcopalians.
